The goal of the Re-Workshop is to give every champion a gameplay or mechanical niche; something they bring to the team or something you would pick them for over other champions, even if sometimes that choice is more situational than others. Additionally, many champions below also have specific gameplay issues of their own, which the proposed changes attempt to answer.
